I am not 100% familiar with this model in particular, but I have worked on other robotic vacuums.

When a device doesn't charge, there are 4 things that could be the issue:

# Battery.
# Charging dock.
# Motherboard.
# Charging contacts.

You've replaced the battery and made sure the charging dock works. In that case, it could either be that the charging contacts on the robot are dirty or defective or that the motherboard is defective.
