@lewisfields seems to indicate that your computer is having issues with the BIOS settings. I'd try to remove as many of the peripherals as possible, including the memory. Then try to turn your computer on (i know it won't boot etc) but we need to see if you get an "official" error message. Try to boot from a bootable USB drive.
If you do, then plug one component after the next one back in. If you get to a point where you can at least access the BIOS, do a reset into the default mode.

If none of that works, you may need to reflash the BIOS IC. Not sure if there is a BIOS you can use out there. You may have to search for it :-)
