@rameshwarp48401 how do you know it is your Graphic ic (which is your GPU)? You really need to let us know what and how you have checked this. You are also not saying if anything has happened to the laptop prior to this. If so, you want to give us the model number for your motherboard. With that, we can try and find the schematics so we can possibly help you to check your motherboard.
By the limited description you have given us, I would expect this board to be a Compal LA-921P. Let us know the complete model number for your computer so we can verify the board.
You need to check and see if you have video signal on either the HDMI connector or the eDP connector. If you have no video on HDMI it could be an issue with the NVidia IC or the VRam. If you have no video output on either the HDMI or the eDP it is most like an issue with the GPU but you have to make sure you check the GPU power first.
