Headset stopped working after firmware update

I did a firmware update, waited for it to complete and then swapped the battery as it was low, after that the headset has been completely bricked and not turning on, when plugging it in via usb-c cable, it shows up as a usb drive containing an empty file called START.htm, the headset still functions via aux cable but wireless features are completely gone, including bluetooth
