How can I fix my VGA problem?
Mostly when ever i power on there is no display of dell monogram but screen is on

First try using it with an external monitor by connecting via VGA cable, if it works fine in such way then the problem is surely with your LCD connecting cable. However you can first try to locate if there is any lose contact of on board connectors which shall might help.

How do you know that the screen is on? what do you see when it is not displaying the "dell monogram" What OS are you using and what have you tried to fix it?
