my tablet has fallen in water, I immediately took it out and left it, it start then restarts every one minute, one guy told me to leave it for 1 week nd then it will start working, is it true?

Joe, "to leave it for 1 week" will only ensure that you have a more corroded logic board. First I would no longer try to charge the device or try to turn it on. I suggest that you disassemble your device completely. Then clean each and every part with some high grade (90%+) isopropyl alcohol, this includes all the cable connectors. Once it is cleaned, replace the battery, reassemble your device and re-evaluate. Hope this helps, good luck.
