Mohammed Alaamri, use this guide to get to your logic board. Clean all components with a high grade (90%+) isopropyl alcohol. Clean the connectors as well as all the cable ends. Yes, you can submerge the logic board in the alcohol and use a small soft brush to clean it. Be aware that the iPod Nano is a bit difficult to work due to its size. Hope this helps, good luck.
