Hi,
Try this:
Power off the phone. Pres and hold (*), (3), (Call / Green key).
Now power on the phone. Keep on pressing the tree buttons.
You well see on the screen anything like "formatting".

if you can't access your phone, chances are that you won't be able to dial a number....
