showing 0146 error

hi

in my system also showing 0146 error but there is no any operating system install in previouslly

when i am trying to boot it will show

Winows failed to start . A recent harxware or software changes might be the cause .to fix the problem:

1) Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.

2) choose your language settings and then click next

3) click repaire your computer.

If you o not have this disc , contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assitance

status:0x000000f

Info :the boot seletion faild becouse device is inaccessiblle.

if there any solution for above error then plz post that ....

and i also change SATA setting SATA Mode under drive options to ATA from AHCI and save settings. but not working .....
