The Ready light does not come on anymore. The water does not get hot. The pump does work. Water does come out of the steam dispenser & brew head. I did feel the brew head & it was slightly warm, but never got hot & the ready light never came on after 10- 15 minutes.

is it this one?
"normally" - the problem you are describing is the result of a calcified or defective boiler.
if it's the model as shown in the teardown, than you can also search for parts from the Saeco Estro Vapore - it's the same machine

If the machine is warming up somewhat but not getting hot then your heating element is probably coated in calcium. You should be descaling roughly every 3 months to prevent this from happening; make sure you use a proper descaling agent (Dezcal/Durgol) as home remedies such as lemon juice or vinegar are not good for the machine.

If you’re handy with a few simple tools, replacing the boiler sounds like a good option. Certainly, try to clean it first, but replacement isn’t a tough job either. Read the guides on Ifixit, and search on youtube videos. Parts are pretty common on Ebay, sometimes you can buy a machine just for parts pretty cheap. Just chop shop out a boiler and reinstall it.
Sometimes you get REALLY lucky. I bought a brand new Starbucks Barista SN006, in the box, for $150. I almost fainted when I saw it. Now my old one is is slowly but surely being repaired and cleaned, and my wife isn’t bugging me to fix it!
