we had a bad storm pc not coming on,replaced power supply, now pc will not reconigize keyboard ,mouse and message "No interenet connection malfuntion in usb,ethereal cord".
Comcast came out checked it.Ethereal ,modem is OK

If they keyboard is not usable while computer is in POST, which is to say you can't hit the required button to get into your BIOS. Then there is most likely something wrong with the Mother board. If however it works and you can navigate in BIOS with the keyboard then it is a issue in Windows.
