How do I get bubble mixture out of my phone?

I went to a festival with my son today and we got him a bubble gun. I didnt have any pockets so I put my phone in my bag, well we put the bubble gun in the bag as well. The bubble gun leaked. A 4oz. bubble mixture went all over my bag and phone. I'm not sure how long the mixture seeped into my phone but when i noticed i wiped my phone off as best i could. The volume went first, i dont think anyone could hear me and i could not hear them. then my screen started to go. the screen starred and then spread. Within a minute my screen was black. i took the battery out. I have wiped my phone as much as possible. i have taken an air can to it and that helped immensely, but now when i try to turn it on goes to the start screen, still starred, and the restarts again. Thanks for any help.
