How do I remove the magazine?

To remove the magazine there are two buttons located on each side of the gun. Use both hands to pull back both buttons at the same time, and then the magazine should simply fall out.

Yellow model: Pull the grey slide mechanism back. Open the black hatch. Push down on the magazine while sliding the two orange unlock buttons.

Try firing the gun
smash it on your sofa like a madman
If the cover of the sliding mechanism comes off, use a long thin screwdriver and push it through the holes in the long slits, and then pull that back. If the slide wont pull back, try firing the gun and then pulling back. If that doesn't work, open up the blaster (please record what you're doing it as you're doing it in case you cant easily re assemble it) and try and see if its jammed.

You have to pull the reloading trigger on the top and push the button on one. the pusher)
Then take out the mag.
