1 Skip button is no longer responsive
I am unable to get any response from the skip forward button on top of the device. When I click the button the CD track does not change and the radio station does not change.

The button may be stuck or broken. If pushing it does not provide a clicking noise, then the button may just be stuck. Try and apply a little more force to see if it gives. If not, the button is most likely broken. See our button repair guide for a more thorough example on a different button.
