Have you tried cleaning your ink cartridge nozzles?
Load plain paper.
1 Click StartPrograms or All Programs
2 Dell Printer Solution Center. Click the Maintenance tab.
3 Click Clean to fix horizontal streaks.
4 Click Print.
5 When the page prints, it forces ink through the clogged nozzles to clean them.Print your document again to verify the improved print quality.
6 If you are not satisfied with the print quality, remove the cartridges, wipe the ink cartridge nozzles and then print your document again
