Phone is not turning on
The phone was showing fully charged with the power lead still on, but now the screen will not come to life (nothing happens when the square middle button is pressed). Does anyone know of a reboot setting please?

This has now been resolved! I am leaving a comment in case it helps anyone else. I fiddled around with the back (tried to slide it down) in case taking the battery out would do anything and suddenly it sprang to life. Happy days!
