Why won't the LCD screen display anything?
The camera turns on but does not display anything on the LCD screen.

Check and see if its power saving feature is enabled. You can test this by pressing the button to see if anything reacts. If nothing happens, try turning on the camera again with the power button.
While it may be elementary, check and see if your batteries are fully charged and are the right type. When it comes to cameras, they're usually picky about batteries. Hope this helps!
