Stuck at the loading position

Hi, just now i was playing with my tablet, suddenly my tablet all program crashed and not responded. So i tried to restart it but now it stuck at the loading position. I also tried to use a small thing to press the reset button but still doesnt work. So what should i do now?

the tablet get swithced on just for 2 mins then it hangs after 2 mins it gets switched off without switching i took to service centre he said at the charging connector point the mother board is getting heated up need some chip level service
