I received info from tomtom that my xxl is too old and is no longer supported but they had one final update to correct the gps connection. when I tried to download and install the final update I got a download error and when I tried to reload the backup from my computer it says that I don’t have enough memory. I tried to delete everything on the unit using tomtom home but there is still 4+gb that i can’t get rid of. Tomtom support was no help so i’m going to chuck it and buy a Garmin. If anyone wants my old xxl for free contact me at rdgrenke@yahoo.com. You pay the shipping.
