How can I activate windows?
When I turn on my computer it says that windows is not activated, I have tried to activate it using the internet but it doesn't want to recognize the internet cable

Do you have to have a serial number? What if it's OEM software?
Yes you need an activation number but being OEM makes no difference. + Ralph

If you can't get it online mate try a call to Microsoft depends on what you put on ? new machine, upgrade, old machine new drive etc
