1 Why isn't my laptop turning on?
When I try to turn it on, nothing happens. The screen remains black and no lights turn on. How do I fix this?

Hey Aaron,
You may just have a dead battery. Try charging the battery by plugging in the power adapter into the charging port on the side of the laptop. If you have already done that and the power still won’t turn on, you may have a bad battery. In which case, you’re just going to have to buy a new one.
Another possibility is that you have a bad power adapter. This will be the case if you have it plugged into the computer and still won’t turn on.

My problem is that the laptop turns on and the lights as well but the screen is black. I could really use your help!
