Hello.
My phone has been off for 2 days, fully charged it. and when i switch it on it ready no service... Cannot make calls nothing. Re-started still noting did Factory reset.. Still nothing.
Please help!!!

1) check the SIM card is working properly
2) Check with your operator whether your IMEI blacklisted or not
3) update the firmware if available via OTA
4) Change the network mode : GSM only if signal comes change the network mode to 3G only if you found same issue the one of transceiver not working properly

I have Huawei y7 had network issues, I could not access internet, I just removed data saver and I was back,what I don't understand out of nowhere my phone started to have irritating issues NO NETWORK, I hope the magic works on you, next time I will definitely get another brand, I tend to believe Huawei phones are not reliable to its users

mobile network not available in huawei mobile
i have huawei honor 4C . It dipped into water at night and i did not care in night. When i open it in morning sim jackets have water drops. Mobile is working properly but not the sim card. When i reinsert sim it says mobile network not available. I did factory rest but in vein.
Network options is also missing in phone now.
Please help me. i just bought few days before.
i am very Sad :(

Try to turn on airplane mode, then turn it off. It helps me when i lose network signal
