I tried to turn on my kindle touch the other day and the screen went funny. there are lines all across the middle of the screen and they will not go. I have tried to turn it on and it does not come up on screen, is there anything i can do to fix it. the battery is charged.

Unless you are trying to buy tools for a small repair business, it would be more cost effective to have a pro fix it. =)
