2 Why does my phone keep freezing?
Whenever I use my game apps, my phone ends up freezing.

You could be overloading the phone with processes by using too many apps at one time. Try closing out some apps and trying again. If the device freezes with only one app running, then it may be a motherboard issue which will require the motherboard to be replaced.
