Repairing without loosing data
After software update my phone dont want to swith on again. It only show black screen with sony and xperia coming and going. How do I get it on again without loosing my photo's?

Hand in the hair,
Step 01
- Reset the phone using reset switch
- Connect USB cable and leave it 15 Mins
- Try to turn on the phone back
Step 02
- Go to recovery mode and reset phone to factory default
- or you can update the firmware ( in this situation all data will be lost)
- Once phone turn on back you can recover the data back
