How to fix my power button?
My power button is not turning my phone off, it is only locking the phone. How can I fix this problem asap?

Hello jacquettasurles,
According to your sounds it could be power switch also software related fault, if power switch not works properly this kind cases comes.

My power button well not lock my phone or turn it off what do I do?????? And it's bran new I just bought it a week ago and I have never dropped it or anything it's a ZTE MAX somebody please help..

i have this same issue except before my phone died it wasn't locking the screen either.

I tried to put my phone into a virtual reality headset and my power button was pushed all the way due to my device being to large for the headset. I am trying to find out how do i manually fix my problem.

I can't get my ZTE MAX to turn back on. I don't usually let it get so low that it just shuts off but, that's what I did. I charged it overnight & now, it won't come back on! HELP!
