A very prevalent problem in lots of bluetooth speakers, including the Beats Pill. The micro-usb spec doesn't specify a robust enough attachment to the motherboard. Over the course of use, the jack is literally pushed off the PCB, sometimes (often) taking the traces off with it. The replacement of the micro-usb jack is very often not straightforward at all, particularly when the traces have been lifted off. If you have skills, it can be done, but if not........

I had a guy push the wrong charger In it it bent the pins just need parts looks like easy fix I ha VB e eltronic skills where do I find those parts

What you need to do is charge it as much as you can than turn it on after that hole the "b" button and the power button hold it the red light from the charging input will turn green and back to red three times

Hi. I have done that but it won't hold charge at all do you have any other ideas? Thanks

My beats pill won't work either I've been pretty rough on it and so when I plug the charger into the speaker I've accidentally pushed the metal part inside the pill and it won't charge

mine is in great condition but when i plug it in nothing happens and after 3 hours of charge it did not turn on
