1 Charge LEd does not show
The sennheiser 120 when plugged in I get the green LED light on but the the red LED light does not come on.

possibly the headset isn't making contact with the stand?

Thank you, my headset wasn't connected completely.
I have the same problem, and the headset is making contact with the stand.

One of my batteries fell out of place so that explained why they were not charging. If anyone is having this problem make sure both batteries are securely in.
