Volume knob not funtioning

I cannot get the volume knob to work. for a while it only played loud, now it won't work. It feels like the knob just isn't functioning. Can I get just the knob?

What your referring to it is the Potentiometer. The knob is what attaches to this. The Potentiometer may just need cleaning.
