Scale Displaying the Incorrect Weight

Hi. My scale is not giving me the right device weight for my penny collection. Does this mean it's broken?

Anyone know why my scales will only display FULL when turned on????

On an empty scale, press tare to reset the scale to zero. Next, calibrate the scale using a 100 gram weight. If you don't have a 100 gram weight, the use of 20 U.S. nickles is acceptable.
