Why does the display does not respond?

The watch does not respond to any attempt by touch or by the "wear" app on my phone. What could be the problem?

First, reset your device. That might reboot your software.

Second, check for updates. Go to the "wear" app (download it if you do not have it), and check your software is up to today. New updates might have the solution to common problems on the device.
