How can I update to latest software
i will try system update and hit check now and i get "Please make sure you have update.zip in nand or sd card

It sounds like that device updates from the downloaded file update.zip and it can't find it on your system. Maybe you must download it first b4 you try to update.

what if you dont have an update in that section

If it was that simple it would have worked. We did that and that's where the message comes up

If you use an online tool then no need to update, for example I am using <a href="https://soundcloudtool.com/">Soundcloud Downloader</a> to convert soundcloud to mp3.
