I broke screen how to replace?

I have a Archos 50d 4G Helium smartphones which I have cracked the screen on. At first it was just a small cracked test I could live with, but it grown and it's tge entirely screen now and it's not longer responsive to touch.

I have tracked down a new LCD and digitizer completely but not sure of the strip down and rebuild procedure.

Can anyone helps with this please

I cracked my screen aswell and it no longer works it's a tiny crack but the touch is broke did u solve ur problem
