when I receive messages and I open the messages it disappears?

Your phone accepted text messages as flash messages. Simply you can solve the fault replacing SIM card

If you can hear the person but they cannot hear you chances it is probably something with the SIM card. Kinda wanna start looking at the cheapest cost first replacing a faulty SIM card would be the lowest cost than trying to see if it something wrong with the device.

how can i text on zte warp,wifi will not let me,no connection

Traci : What is the carrier you use ? have you check with them ? Check the default storage set as SIM, if it is change the storage to phone. you will receive SMSs
