B1-720 LCD Screen Replacement

I need to replace the LCD screen on my Acer Iconia B1-720 tablet. Digitizer works; but screen has a smudge. I get stuck with disassembling the LCD from the the screen assembly. Is the touch_screen glued to the LCD or should they be able to come apart with the proper procedure?
