3 Why can't I install the usb driver?
After installing windows 10 there were a couple missing drivers. I troubleshooted the laptop in devices and printers and it fixed all the driver issues except for the USB2.0-CWR driver. It says it doesn't have it. I tried to update it from device manager but it says windows can't find the driver, go to the manufacturersame website. I couldn't find it on dell.com either. What should I do?
It says in properties that the drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

Ran a bunch of updates. Didn't change it. I had a problem on an hp pavilion recently where it didn't recognize the DVD drive. It seemed like a driver problem but was actually something in the registry that needed deleted and then it worked fine. Could this be something similar?
