Why is power button dosen't work?
the "power button" is on, but the device is not working or charging. what should i do?

nikookhadem, "the device is not working or charging" sounds like you have a power issue. I would start with the battery but make sure that your charging port is in good working condition.

it is brand new! i just used it 3 times. I don't know but i'll check it anuway
If it is, I would most certainly try and have this fixed under warranty.
