I dropped my phone accidentally in water. Gave for repairing. After two days shopkeeper said phone is now useless, it cant b fixed,. Its been two weeks or more. But today i plugged the charger in it, a red light blinks from the top, which shows that it still has power in it. And i think it can be fix. Will you please suggest me now what should i do with it.

Hafsa Wajid I recommend that you do not try to charge, start or sync your phone. do not use it at all. Since you have had water damage, corrosion and residue from that can create a short circuit by you using your phone. I would start off by properly cleaning your phone. Use this guide and remove the board. Then clean everything with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush. Use this guide to clean your phone. It was written for an Apple iPhone but all the steps are pertinent to your phone as well. Once you have it cleaned, replace the battery. Anytime a device gets submerged it is important to replace the battery. It will fail if not replaced. After all that then try to charge and start your phone.

I would recommend this actually defiantly try this first!!!

First i would try plugging it into a laptop and see if anything shows up on the laptop if it does and you can see the files i would defiantly say it can be fixed.
If still nothing try the following to do a hard reset THIS WILL DELETE ALL DATA!!!!!!
To Manually Reset
Turn off phone
Press Power key + "x" (on the hardware keyboard) to power on the phone and bring up the recovery screen.
Press Volume Up + Volume down key for 10 seconds then press and release the volume down key..
Using the volume keys scroll to Wipe data/factory reset
Press the center of 5-way navigation pad
Using the Volume keys, select Yes -- delete all user data
Press the center of 5-way navigation pad
Using the Volume keys select Reboot system now
Press the center of 5-way navigation pad
