External speaker won't work. Internal work's fine. I can hear music with ear buds, I can hear phone conversation as long as it's not on speaker. My ringer doesn't work as well. Hasn't had any water damage. I did have a cracked screen but it was just replaced profesprofessionally.

Have you checked the volume setting for the loudspeaker?
Go to :
Menu > Settings > Sound > tap Volumes > slide volume control for Loudspeaker to desired volume.

Hi,
How long since it was repaired? Was the ringer function working when you got it back from repair? Does the repairer give a warranty on his work? If it has not worked since his repair (how often do you use the loudspeaker function) it seems very coincidental, contact the repairer and ask. The ringer function (not vibrate) uses the loudspeaker so if it is loose or faulty that is probably why both don't work
