paper feed issue on printer

The fuser is the likely suspect and it is possible that the roller is bad. If the printer has had labels put through it then the likely issue is the glue has got onto the roller hence the jamming. Try removing the fuser and clean the roller with an alcohol based cleaner which should not leave any residue. If the roller is damaged it can be replaced but you would need to obtain a service manual (worthwhile) to enable dismantling. There are going to be you tube videos on aspects of fixing a fuser assembly.
