Lens Cover Shutter Stuck

My camera was working fine but it start giving problem. When i turn it on then its Lens Shutter does not open correctly due to which it is not working properly. Can you please guide me how can i fix this problem.

I keep getting error Camera Lens Problem.

I do not have camera right now. I am in the office i am sending example image similar to my problem.

Yes, I have the same problem with this camera and it has hardly ever been used... in perfect condition otherwise.
