Help! When I turn on my device, the screen turns on but it doesn’t respond to my touch. I can change the volume using the buttons on the side, so the device isn’t frozen, but I can’t use anything else.

Hello Kevin! It sounds like you have an issue with the digitizer in your tablet. The digitizer is the part of the screen that allows the device to know where and when you touch the screen. The digitizer will need to be replaced. You can find more information at the Tagital T7X troubleshooting page.
