How do I fix the black screen?
I dropped it on a hard surface with the screen protector on , it powered up ,the volume buttons work and notification sounds are on but the screen remained black. How can I fix it?

Sounds like you broke the LCD. If you are sure the Device still turns on then the LCD is likely to be damaged.
