Why won't my screen turn on?
My phone's display has shut off and it won't turn back on.

Your phone may be dead. Try charging your phone for a half hour to an hour then try turning it on again. If it still does not turn on, you may have a broken cable or a dead battery that needs to be replaced. See the Sharp Aquos Troubleshooting page for further assistance here.

My phone turn on but the screen is black, this happen because one day the screen was freeze and I open the phone without breaking any cable,then I try to take the cable of the battery with a screwdriver but before I take off the cable the screwdriver touch something close to the charging cable then the light from the photo turn on and the screen went black. Can you please tell me what is wrong with me phone and what can I do to fixed.
