My mi pad was effected with water ...

my mi pad was effected with water , water went inside upper portion ,i dont have any option now so i kept it undisturbed for 3 days, but now it looks like water has varnished but my pad is not working and even it does'nt responding to any actions performed by me,and also it doesn't charging. please tell me what to do now.....???

Try to remove the logic board and put it in 99 percent isopropyl alcohol and then if it still doesn't work replace the battery.
