1. Try another drum. Clean transfer unit. Remove ALL trays and BE SURE NO paper or debris behind trays and up in top areas. log into diags mode and clear codes then let it fail then go back in and look at code. Trace code and you will find problem and fix.

1. Reporting your fault codes would be a help in troubleshooting. For example, if the xerographic faults are occurring with 9-060 faults, you could have a faulty High Voltage Power Supply or poor connection on the board.

sir i have this issue then i changed 4b unit (blue handle unit) and also i have installed stabilizer but stll now i have these issue with error code 9-560 what to do please help me

03-777 sip recovered form an uncontrolled power loss

how to solve this problem dear frds.......

May i change new power supply unit but the action is continued...........same foult

and service full machine.......at one by one all part.....

And i replace the power supply change with other machine that are work perfect and complete
