Phone restarts without reason

Hello.

I have LG K10 i bought it new. I was plaing game when phone start to restart and its turn on and then again restart. Then it shows something like error ther was something like console i dont really know what was that. And last thing what i saw was " Jump to Dload Mode" and before was something like atemt killing the inic or somthing like that. There was black screen with white words and numbers. Im sorry for my grammer im not from countries where are English.

Hello, Atis.

I think your phone occures a crash or fatal error, reboots, and says "·T···Mobile·". Running debugging software should fix this.

With the help of AT&T chat.

My LG K10 kept restarting every 15 to 20 minutes

1 First I made sure my pictures, video etc were saved on a SD Card. 2 Remove SD card

3 Go to Settings

4 General

5 Phone Management

6 Backup & Reset

7 Choose - Network settings, NOT

Factory

8 OK

When complete turn phone off wait 30 seconds turn on.

Re-enter Wifi password

All my icons were there, nothing lost.

Same its the cpu problem cause if you play high graphics game the phone overheating and restart
