Honestly you should just do a factory data reset on the tablet. That will completely delete everything off of it. So you need to go and save all of your important information. To do the factory reset, go to settings, back up and reset, the factory data reset. Once it deletes and boots back up, it will automatically download all of the newest updates that are available for this particular model. hope this was helpful
