Phone settings has stopped

why do i always get the ' unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped' ?

what should i do?

I had this problem too on the Huawei Y520-U22, and I solved it with a factory reset (Settings>Backup & Reset>Factory data reset). I must say that Huawei really designed this phone badly, but I only bought it as an extra 2-sim phone.
