Stick remote not clickable

The remote won't let me enter my pin and then if I click the select button it tells me my remote is not clickable - any suggestions?

I am having the same issue. I guess I sat on the remote and a combination of buttons was pressed activating the voice commands (this is not a voice command remote!!).

Thanks George that helped me my son dropped his remote in the tank and I had to take the batteries out put the remote in some rice over night then shake out the rest of the water out put it back in the box of rice for two hours. Then once I put new batteries in the voice control thing came on and it kept staying device not clickable until I held down all the buttons at one time. Then saw the green box's on the TV was gone and it started to work. Thanks so much
